Job Title: Overnight Staff (Part-Time)
Position Description:
We are looking for additional workers for all overnight programming at Hoosier Heights Indianapolis! Hours are 8pm to 8am Friday and Saturday and staffing is based on both the number of reservations as well as the size of the reservations. Each Overnight shift receives a $50 bonus from as well as any tips added by reservations.
Starting Wage: $12/hour + Bonuses & Tips
Job responsibilities:
Explaining and enforcing basic gym rules
A Friendly and Customer Service Demeanor
Managing large groups of children
Assisting in clipping kids in and out of auto belays
Assisting by belaying when necessary
