Job Title: Routesetter
Position Description
The routesetter is responsible for creating fun and unique routes/boulders, interacting with members of our community, seeking out feedback, and maintaining and organizing all setting equipment. The routesetter maintains a collaborative and advisory relationship with the head routesetter and manager with regards to route setting matters including; safety, route distribution and variety, feedback regarding setting. The routesetter is an essential part of the team and plays an integral role in creating a fun positive experience for all our customers.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the routesetter are:
Set boulders and routes
Organization of all setting equipment (holds, tools, bolts, etc.)
Hold Washing
Interacting with members of our community and seeking out feedback
